Dr. Paul Componation is a Professor and Department Chair at the University of Texas - Arlington Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering Department. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, a MS in Management from Troy State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University. His research interests include development and optimization of complex systems in aerospace, transportation, medical and energy; decision analysis in distributed engineering design teams; utilization of technical and qualitative data in parametric cost modeling for aerospace systems; adaption of value driven design in the systems engineering enterprise; use of lean principles as an agent for organizational transformation; development of hybrid and on-line education models for STEM education.

Dr. Patricia Anzalone is the Engineering Management Program Director in the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering department at University of South Florida. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from University of South Florida, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University (Unexpo) in Venezuela. Her research interests include engineering management, human factors, safety, and quality.

Dr. Larry Mallak is a Professor of Industrial and Entrepreneurial Engineering and Engineering Management at Western Michigan University. He hold a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focus has been on building and using innovative methods to improve organizational systems and design processes leading to better outcomes.

Dr. Casey Canfield is an Assistant Professor of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at Missouri University of Science & Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Her research interests include human system integration, evidence-based policy-making, and risk communication.

Dr. Neal Lewis is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Engineering Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri – Rolla, a MBA from the University of New Haven, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla. His research interests include engineering management, engineering economics, operations management, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Dr. Jaime Cantu is an Adjunct Professor in Industrial, Manufacturing, & Systems Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Systems & Engineering Management, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas Tech University. His research interests include Systems and Engineering Management, High Reliability Theory, Complex Systems Modeling, and Systems Dynamics.
