Strategic Collaboration for Applied Leadership in Engineering (SCALE): Developing Engineering Leaders for Space and Defense

SCALE is a 12-week leadership development program designed for engineers preparing for management and leadership roles. Through a combination of self-study, live online sessions, industry perspectives, and applied learning, participants develop the skills needed to lead teams, programs, and organizations in complex space and defense environments.

• One-year ASEM membership
• Three ASEM micro-credentials covering

Registration Fees and How to Register

Individual Registration: $3,500 per participant (register online by July 1, 2026)
